Tim Roos – Director of Food & Beverage, Terravita Golf & Country Club With over 15 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry, Tim Roos joins Terravita Golf & Country Club as the Director of Food & Beverage, bringing a passion for exceptional service and dining experiences. His impressive career spans some of the Valley’s most renowned resorts and clubs, where he has successfully led and enhanced food and beverage operations. Tim has held key roles, including Director of Food & Beverage at The Wigwam Resort, Director of Restaurants at The Phoenician, and Director of Food & Beverage at Verde River Golf and Social Club. Most recently, he served as Club Manager of McDowell Mountain Golf Club, where he oversaw all aspects of club operations. His extensive experience in luxury hospitality and club management makes him a valuable addition to the Terravita team. Originally from St. Louis, Tim has called Arizona home since 1994. A proud Arizona State University alumnus, he has embraced the Southwest lifestyle and enjoys spending time outdoors. When not at the club, Tim can often be found hiking Pinnacle Peak, biking, or running in North Scottsdale. Tim and his wife, Nicole, love visiting the beaches of Southern California with their four boys: Kaden (13), Wesley (11), Conrad (9), and River (5). Family and adventure are central to his life, and he brings that same enthusiasm to his role at Terravita.
