Chef Landon Post – Executive Chef, Terravita Golf and Country Club With over 18 years of culinary expertise, Chef Landon Post brings a refined approach to both classic and gourmet cuisine as the Executive Chef of Terravita Golf and Country Club. His passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients and commitment to exceptional dining experiences make him a dynamic addition to the club’s culinary team. Chef Post’s career has been shaped in some of Arizona’s most prestigious luxury kitchens. Notably, he served as the Executive Chef at the renowned Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Resort & Spa, where he played a pivotal role in elevating the resort’s acclaimed dining scene, particularly at the award-winning Elements restaurant. Working alongside culinary icon Beau MacMillan, he upheld the resort’s high standards of excellence, crafting innovative and memorable dishes. Understanding the diverse palates of club dining, Chef Post believes that great food doesn’t have to be complex—sometimes, a perfectly cooked burger or a fresh, crisp salad can be just as satisfying as an elaborate gourmet meal. This balance of sophistication and simplicity ensures that every member at Terravita finds something to love. Beyond the club, Chef Post is the founder of Post Hospitality, a venture dedicated to elevating dining experiences for both social and corporate events. His expertise in crafting unforgettable culinary moments will bring a fresh and exciting perspective to Terravita’s special events and gatherings. Outside the kitchen, Chef Post enjoys gardening and traveling with his fiancée, Samantha, who is also a chef. The couple is excited to celebrate their wedding in March 2025 and share their passion for food and hospitality. They are joined on their adventures by their beloved dog, Massimo.
